| The meal begins with a light and sweet breakfast appetizer which changes seasonally. In the winter it's commonly baked or fried apples, sauteed bananas or homemade cinnamon rolls. Springtime and summer fare is often fresh seasonal fruit, or fruit and yogurt parfaits with fresh breads or muffins. | |
 | The main course is always a full hot breakfast. Often it's one of the house specialties such as Shirred Eggs, at left, or an Orange Flavored French Toast. | |
