How to find us
From Marshall, TX, on I-20, take US Hwy 59 N for 17 miles. Turn Right onto Broadway (TX 49) (there's a traffic light). Go for 3 blocks and turn Right onto Alley St. (next to Brookshires). Follow Alley for 4 blocks and turn Right onto Delta St. We're on the left.

    Policies
    To make your stay more enjoyable...
    The following are the general guidelines of the house:
  • No Smoking except on the balconies & porches
  • We are family friendly.
  • Ask us about pet accomodations, but small pets are welcome as long as you keep your pet with you at all times during your stay.

    Cancellations
    We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you are within 7 days of your reservation a $50 cancellation fee per room per night for weekends and $25 cancellation fee per room per night for weekdays will be charged unless a new reservation is made. If you do not cancel or reschedule your reservation and do not show, you will be charged the full reservation amount. Group bookings require 21 day cancellation notice.

    Early Departure
    We realize that emergencies happen and sometimes you cannot stay the full length of your original reservation. In many cases, charges for the remainder of your still will not be incurred for early departure. However, on special event weekends, if the room cannot be re-rented, you will be charged a cancellation fee for early departure based upon the cancellation policy.

    Requests for Credit or Refund
    Refunds will not be provided for completed reservations. If you are unhappy with your stay, every attempt will be made to rectify the situation. If you experience a problem during your stay, please let us know as we cannot attempt to correct the problem during your stay without being made aware of the problem. Notification of the problem after your departure and agreement to the charges for your stay will be discussed with you and a resolution sought. Refunds will not be issued in this situation. Credit for a future stay may be offered. Credit issued must be redeemed within one (1) year of the original stay. Credit may be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate or just noted on your account.

    Chargeback attempts for unsatisfactory stay or in addition to credit being issued will be treated as felony theft of services and procesecuted to the full extent of the law. These situations will be handed over to the District Attorney’s Office of Marion County, Texas.

    American Express Cards
    Currently, we do accept American Express. However, if you wish to use your American Express card to pay for your lodging, please note that some additional paperwork will be required upon check-in and check-out. This means that a speedy check-in and check-out is not available to our American Express customers. We regret having to require these guests to sign additional materials, but American Express requires the guests signature on the following items:

    • Registration Card upon arrival
    • All pages of Inn Policies and Procedures
    • Guest Account of charges
    • Charge slip agreeing to charges
    • Imprint of your American Express Card

    Other credit card companies accept a notice of the guest accepting the policies of the inn and this paperwork is not required. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences this causes our American Express customers.
